To yield a higher quality oil, rosemary leaves and stems are harvested before the shrub flowers. Because of its potency rosemary oil should always be mixed with a carrier oil, such as jojoba oil, coconut oil, argan or sweet almond oil before skin application.
Suggested dilution ratio
30ml of carrier oil with about 5-6 drops of rosemary oil.
For Use on Hair
Studies have shown that a 6-week use of Rosemary oil diluted with a carrier oil, or a few drops in your shampoo and conditioner, can be as effective as Minoxidil or Rogaine for hair growth, and even male or female pattern baldness.
For Use on Skin
