  • Delivery address must be a physical street address (no PO Boxes accepted)
  • Someone must be available to receive the parcel during weekday business hours (8am – 5pm)
  • A valid South African telephone number must be provided

Restrictions

Courier delivery may not be available to the following areas:

  • Major Chain Stores

If you are sending to one of these areas, please send us the address before you place your order, and we’ll let you know if we can deliver there. Alternatively, use our PUDO Locker to Locker delivery service, or an alternative address.

PUDO is a convenient and affordable smart locker delivery service across South Africa. If you have a PUDO or The Courier Guy locker near you, you can choose it on the checkout page. When your parcel arrives, you’ll get a notification and a unique code to pick it up.

No, couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours, 8am – 5pm. If weekend access is required, consider selecting a PUDO collection point, which enables 24/7 drop off and collection within 36 hours of receiving your pin.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve it for you.

Some items in our catalogue are labelled with a “Stock Delay” notice on the product page. This indicates they may take a little longer than usual to dispatch. We recommend keeping these delays in mind when placing your order to help manage expectations.
