With a Double Strength formula providing 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA per softgel, NOW® Super Omega EPA delivers twice the EPA content of the regular Omega-3 product, which contains 180 mg per softgel. This fish oil concentrate is molecularly distilled and produced under stringent quality control standards. Each batch is tested to ensure it is free from harmful levels of contaminants, including PCBs, dioxins, mercury, and other heavy metals.

From the FDA

“Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Consuming EPA and DHA combined may help lower blood pressure in the general population and reduce the risk of hypertension. However, FDA has concluded that the evidence is inconsistent and inconclusive. One serving of Super Omega EPA provides 1.2 grams of EPA and DHA.”
