Returns within 7 Days
We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’ve changed your mind about a product purchased from us, you’re welcome to submit a return request within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is sealed, unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
After inspecting the returned item and confirming that it’s safe to restock, we’ll either credit your account or issue you a refund—the choice is yours.
For returns of non-defective items, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipment costs from your refund. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier at your cost. Please keep in mind that refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.
Important Notes:
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Supply Errors
We take great care to ensure your order is delivered accurately and securely. However, on rare occasions, human error can occur during the picking and packing process.
If any items or accessories are missing from your delivery, or if you’ve received something in error, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll act promptly to resolve the issue by arranging the collection of any incorrect items and ensuring the correct products are delivered to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Defective or Damaged Goods
While damage during transit is uncommon, we understand it can happen—particularly given the high volume of fragile items we ship. If you receive a product that is damaged, has leaked or spilled, please get in touch with us immediately.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly email us a photo of the affected item. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent your way, at no cost to you.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Items that do not meet these standards may be refused or only partially refunded.

Refunds are either processed as a store credit or via your original payment method. If we’re unable to refund to that method, we’ll contact you for EFT details. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds via credit or debit card may take up to 10 working days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.
