General

inMotion Life reserve the right to reject any order without giving any reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.

Billing & Shipping Details

It is imperative you provide us with accurate billing and shipping contact information (if different from Billing Details) for us to communicate with either party regarding the confirmed order. We respect your privacy and will never release your private information to anyone. For more information, please read our Privacy & Legal Policy.

inMotion Life accepts no liability for failed delivery due to inaccurate information provided.

Pricing

All prices on the inMotion Life website are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR). Orders are always charged in South African Rands (ZAR) and inMotion Life cannot be held responsible for any currency conversion differences, and / or charges made by your bank.

inMotion Life endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. Your order total will include the price of the products, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

inMotion Life reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment Options

We require full payment and receipt of confirmation of payment before orders can be processed.

EFT Payments: We only accept EFT or Bank Transfers from South African bank accounts. Your order will only be shipped once payment has cleared in our bank account. Please include your order number in the reference field and email proof of payment to orders@inmotionlife.co.za.

Credit Card Payments: You must be the owner of the credit card you are using or have permission from the owner to use it. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the credit card if we suspect it is fraudulent.

No Cheque Payments: We do not accept payment by Cheque.

Security

  1. PayGate by PayFast process all credit and debit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 256-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate PayGate to obtain confidential information.
  2. PayGate is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. PayGate servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
  3. PLEASE NOTE: inMotion Life does not have access to ANY credit card details!
  4. PayGate continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

Product Availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability and order processing time.

Should the product be out of stock, please submit your details in the stock notification form on the products page, and we will order the product as soon as possible and notify you by email once it is back in stock.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

We sell the goods to you on the following terms

  • We will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order
  • Risks related to the goods pass to you on delivery
  • Ownership of the goods passes to you on payment of the fees in full
  • You have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the goods or imposed by law

Delivery Policy

When you make a purchase on our website, legal obligations arise and your right to a refund of monies paid via any of the payment options we offer, are limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such a purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making a purchase or using any service on this website.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset, as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Changes to your Order:  If you need to change something on your order such as an address or contact details after you have submitted your order, please contact us immediately with all the relevant details of your order. If your order has not already been dispatched, we will do our best to make the necessary changes for you.

Weekends & Public Holidays:  We rely on third party courier services for our deliveries, and they do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.

Returns, Order Cancellations, and Refunds

The provision of goods and services by inMotion Life is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, inMotion Life will contact you with options.

All orders are dispatched via door-to-door courier service or via courier to a Pick-Up Point of your choosing. A delivery being delayed due to circumstances outside of our control is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched. Orders that are cancelled through no fault of inMotion Life may incur a 10% handling fee, and we reserve the right to deduct any taxes, payment processing fees or courier charges incurred by inMotion Life during the transaction.

If a product is not what you ordered or damaged or broken when you receive it, kindly inform us immediately. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you at our cost or to credit or refund you for the damaged or broken product, whichever you prefer. It will be necessary to return the original product to us at no cost to you.

If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we will refund you in full.

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

inMotion Life does not provide or offer any medical advice or diagnoses. The content and products on our website are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
